![]() Sometimes we all need to stick our head out the window and just breath! Have you ever watched the pure joy on dogs faces when they do this simple thing? I believe it's because it feels like they are running super fast and they love that feeling! Maybe to them it's like flying. Whatever the case, it's a moment of pure happiness and we all deserve to find those moments for ourselves. Life can feel little crazy sometimes. Tis the season of stress for a lot of us, and we don't always remember to be here now, and to just stop and enjoy the view, Feel the wind on your face, let the world go by for a moment and connect to the here and now. Try not to worry about whatever comes next, just give yourself permission to simply be. This holiday season, give yourself the greatest gift, the gift of being "present". (And sticking your face out the window!) Much Love and Wufs, Rev Deb

![]() This one comes directly from the Temple Cats! Not that dogs don't have whiskers, however if you were to trim one side of a cats whiskers you would observe a kitty that starts to go around in circles because their whiskers provide for them an inner compass. They are so sensitive, they know where to step, how to step and when to step, and perhaps most importantly when not too! What can we glean from this? We can all benefit from being a little more sensitive to our surroundings. It may even behove us to take a pause and get a sense of where we are headed so we can decide it it is the direction we really want to move in. Learn to use and trust your "inner whiskers" your natural born intuition. When you pay attention to this and develop a conscious practice, you will find yourself ending up exactly where you truly want to be!
